  Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Our order was wrong, and when we asked for it to be corrected, we were treated with attitude and disrespect instead of professionalism. No apology. No effort to fix it. Just rudeness. If you can’t handle fixing a simple mistake without catching an attitude, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. It’s that simple. There was zero pride in the work, zero accountability, and absolutely no value placed on customers. People spend their hard-earned money here, and this location acts like that means nothing. Management needs to take a serious look at what’s going on, because this level of service is unacceptable and embarrassing for the brand. Do better.

  God where do I start tall white dude with long hair extremely disrespectful asked me what 10+9 was and when I answered he said I was stupid. Horrible service I hope they repent before God for their sake.

  Went to this location after my delivery order was messed up, I believe the original order was from the location on Washburn. Renee and Trent both provided amazing service and happily fixed my tacos. They explained the shell recipe was recently changed and even let me try a shell before they made the tacos for me! (which was what didn’t taste right originally) The shells at this location tasted drastically different. I was so happy they fixed this for me and took time out of their busy night to accommodate me! Thank you so much Trent and Renee!!!

  They literally are always trying to ignore me, idk if it's profiling or what but I've been staying in the inn next door for two weeks so far, and ordered 3 times, each time they got the order completely wrong, and TWICE I've walked in for Pickup and the first time as soon as I walked in, the three people that were at the counter, immediately turned towards the kitchen. There was no line at all. They just saw me come in and decided I don't count as a person. Ok. i ordered pickup, so i go toward the pickup area, and they refuse to even look at me, so i shout "am I ok to take this?" Pointing at the bag of food with my name on it they left on the far side of the counter from me (not in the pickup shelf, on the COUNTER next to it inside the kitchen). I get the reaction an actual ghost would get, nobody even acknowledged I existed despite me calling out, so I snatched my food, and one of them shouted "sorry" after me, then today at 10:15ish I order breakfast for myself and my husband, and I walk over and there's a staff meeting filling the entire dining area my food is on the counter in the pickup area so i walk towards it, only to be told "our dining room is actually closed" (obviously it's not, I'm in here and it's business hours, there was no sign saying otherwise) so I reply "well I have an in-store pickup that the app let me order" and I get my food and head out. WHAT KIND OF BRAIN DEAD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO HAVE A STAFF MEETING DURING NORMAL OPERATING HOURS? NOT JUST NORMAL HOURS, THE LAST HOUR OF BREAKFAST. THAT'S A MANAGER ISSUE. also the way they spoke to me about it was incredibly rude, no help no getting not an attempt to provide service, just essentially "get out". I can't comprehend why these people treat me so badly. Well, here's the review they deserve.
