  They literally are always trying to ignore me, idk if it's profiling or what but I've been staying in the inn next door for two weeks so far, and ordered 3 times, each time they got the order completely wrong, and TWICE I've walked in for Pickup and the first time as soon as I walked in, the three people that were at the counter, immediately turned towards the kitchen. There was no line at all. They just saw me come in and decided I don't count as a person. Ok. i ordered pickup, so i go toward the pickup area, and they refuse to even look at me, so i shout "am I ok to take this?" Pointing at the bag of food with my name on it they left on the far side of the counter from me (not in the pickup shelf, on the COUNTER next to it inside the kitchen). I get the reaction an actual ghost would get, nobody even acknowledged I existed despite me calling out, so I snatched my food, and one of them shouted "sorry" after me, then today at 10:15ish I order breakfast for myself and my husband, and I walk over and there's a staff meeting filling the entire dining area my food is on the counter in the pickup area so i walk towards it, only to be told "our dining room is actually closed" (obviously it's not, I'm in here and it's business hours, there was no sign saying otherwise) so I reply "well I have an in-store pickup that the app let me order" and I get my food and head out. WHAT KIND OF BRAIN DEAD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO HAVE A STAFF MEETING DURING NORMAL OPERATING HOURS? NOT JUST NORMAL HOURS, THE LAST HOUR OF BREAKFAST. THAT'S A MANAGER ISSUE. also the way they spoke to me about it was incredibly rude, no help no getting not an attempt to provide service, just essentially "get out". I can't comprehend why these people treat me so badly. Well, here's the review they deserve.

  The service, price and wait time was appalling. The food wasn't any better.

  Cant get service. They helped drive through first even though I was clearly in the store first.

  This is the 10th+ time our order was messed up at this location. We have told them many times this has happened. Offenses include but are not limited to: food not in any wrapper, food missing ALL toppings except meat, ice cold food that had been made an hour ago, missing many items, etc. here is today’s fun lesson. At this point it’s our fault for even going back to this location at all. Every time it’s wrong and they say bring it back we’ll remake it by the time we are home. I feel the need to check the food in the window- one by one with the person watching so they believe the laziness that is occurring at this establishment. No issues with the other Taco Bell by Walmart they are wonderful, kind and ON POINT. 12/5 order number 398
