- TBtaylor buckleyOct 21, 20252.0Came in around 3PM on a Tuesday and was told I could not order at the counter and was forced to order through the kiosk. WTH happened to customer service? Was in the restaurant for about an hour and there were probably twenty people that came and left without ordering due to this. Later found out it was due to a corporate rule. In my experience with this visit they should toss the kiosk only ordering idea in the trash and forget about it cause they're losing a LOT of business because of it, far to many places in town with better Mexican food and prices to have to order through a machine only. Manager could also do a lot better on his professionalism and tone when notifying people of this, several times he was flat out RUDE when he told people about this.
