I stopped going because of the digital coupons that you couldn't just get right away. However, the prices were all reasonable, even for items that weren't on coupon, and the ones that didn't need a digital coupon were also reasonably priced. Everyone enjoyed the items we got for dinner, including some extra sides.

She then proceeded to chide me about how they won't be delivering instacart orders to cars anymore like I'm supposed to know that. The instacart site says otherwise. I realize working retail can be exhausting but the level of rudeness was just off the charts, I was following the rules that were given to me and I was very polite. She was an older woman, she shouldn't be working with customers.

Kaiser said they sent it, and of course they hadn’t. Enter Pam, absolute hero of the day. She went out of her way to make sure I got the medication I needed and literally fought for me on the phone until it was handled. The pharmacist, David, was also incredible — he took time out his busy schedule to talk to Kaiser twice himself to make sure everything got sent through. Tyler and the other pharmacy techs were so kind and helpful too. This whole ordeal took over four hours and only got resolved because of the dedication and persistence of this team. I had already tried Walmart pharmacy before coming here, and they couldn’t get it done — Safeway did. Pam truly saved the day. Five stars isn’t enough for how hard she worked to help a total stranger in a stressful situation.
