  We ordered some holiday drinks via the app and when we arrived they said they didn't stock the holiday drinks and that they can't change the availability in the app. They offered no alternative and told us to request a refund in the app. The app refund request was denied and we lost $10 due to the complete incompetence of this location. Stores CAN remove items that aren't available in the app so they aren't able to be ordered. Seems like they are scamming customers to fudge their sales.

  So I show up to the drive-through at 5:47 AM. A gentleman comes on the speaker lets me know they’re not opening till 6 AM. I’ll wait to 10 minutes or so about five minutes after that a older lady comes outside and says you know you’re gonna have to be waiting 15 minutes I said yes I know it’s no problem for me. She replied well thanks for running up my timer now I gotta say in all honesty if you’re not open, leave everything off put a cone up and if someone shows up early, why would a timer start counting when you’re not even open for business and you’re more concerned about the timer than say customer service to whomever reads this please note the customer may not always be right but do you or do you not want them to spend money in your establishment? Isn’t that what you’re open for? I have had several problems at this location from food being cold people have been rude, extreme waiting I’m done with you guys. McDonald’s use to have standards good customer service and everyone s appearance was clean and tidy . I have done my best to Always give you guys the benefit of the doubt so now you don’t have to worry about your timer ticking. I will take my business elsewhere.

  This is the worse McDonald's near us. They NEVER EVER get the order co.pletly right. If u ask for no mustard they make sure it has it. If u ask for no onions, they make sure it has it. If u ask for extra pickle, u either get just one or a ridiculous amount. Terrible terrible terrible service. The worse by far

  This place is so gross inside, it's never clean, homeless people are all over. The drive through is a joke, your forgotten about all the time when you sit at one of the parking spots for the drive thru and wait for your food. This time we ordered on the app and went to pick it up. The girl handed my husband the food but didn't give us all our drinks. We stood there just needing the cups really but the girl wouldn't give them to us and said that someone was "taking care of it" I'm standing right there literally looking at the person by the drink machine and they are NOT getting our drinks. I finally asked another worker for 2 cups so we could get our drinks, he was nice and gave them to us. Our food was cold by the time we got our cups. This place sucks, workers have no clue what customer service is and they don't care, absolutely no common sense anymore. Take some pride in your job and clean the tables and floors, take care of your customers!
