  I have not had a correct order come out of this store yet. Yall know that you have 20 piece orders of nuggets, right? That when I order 2 20 piece orders of nuggets, I should get 40 nuggets in total. How hard is that? It doesnt matter if I go in, go through the drive thru or get door dash. Its never right.

  Today was the 5th time I have went through the drive through and waited over 30 minutes in a designated spot off to the side. Tonight was different though. After 30 minutes of waiting, I went inside to check on my order to find out it was given to someone else. They tried there best to put together my simple order quickly which took about 10 minutes. While I waited I watched a drug deal happen right in front of me. The employee that helped me out was great, but I dont think I will ever go back. I am a loyal mcdonalds customer who is completely done. The one star is for the nice kid who helped me out.

  This place is so gross inside, it's never clean, homeless people are all over. The drive through is a joke, your forgotten about all the time when you sit at one of the parking spots for the drive thru and wait for your food. This time we ordered on the app and went to pick it up. The girl handed my husband the food but didn't give us all our drinks. We stood there just needing the cups really but the girl wouldn't give them to us and said that someone was "taking care of it" I'm standing right there literally looking at the person by the drink machine and they are NOT getting our drinks. I finally asked another worker for 2 cups so we could get our drinks, he was nice and gave them to us. Our food was cold by the time we got our cups. This place sucks, workers have no clue what customer service is and they don't care, absolutely no common sense anymore. Take some pride in your job and clean the tables and floors, take care of your customers!

  A friend of mine went through the drive through, she was told to pull into her spot after ordering ONE happy meal for her child. She waited for 20 minutes (which was already crazy to me for ONE happy meal?) she was then told to move to a DIFFERENT spot and the worker said “he has good memory and he won’t forget her again” she was frustrated and did explain that she had been there for 20 minutes BEFORE BEING TOLD TO MOVE??? Anyways, 10 minutes later she did have to get her daughter out of her car and continue to go inside of the building and was then QUESTIONED about if she “got the happy meal” in an accusatory way. By the same gentlemen who “had the great memory” Mind you. I had been listening the entire 40 MINUTES SHE HAD BEEN IN HER VEHICLE AND WAITING IN THEIR LOBBY. Excuse me sir she would not unbuckle her child, and go into your establishment FOR ONE HAPPY MEAL if she ALREADY HAD a happy meal?? Anyways by the time she actually got the food it had been 40 minutes by the time it was all over. They also did try passing off an online order to her by the name of “Kellie” who also had a happy meal, MULTIPLE TIMES. So Kellie if you’re reading this your order got passed around like a hot potato before it actually got to your hands. Unsanitary? My friend and another lady did also make a comment that they seemed to have plenty of staff during this process aswell. If I could give this establishment a zero star review I would.

  I came in here after a football game that I traveled from Medford for with my family at 10pm the bathroom was closed and the manger Zack was super rude telling me the bathroom took 2+ hours to clean and then proceeded to tell a employee to pee outside if he has to go I have worked at McDonald’s in the past and never been to one this unprofessional and dirty the manager was cussing and acting like a complete immature child I will never stop here while traveling through again and will be reporting this to the better business bureau never have i felt so disrespected then he proceeded to say he would call the cops on us for asking why it took so long to clean but instead of calling the cops he just gave us our money back and made us leave probably because he knew he was in the wrong do better with the people you put in management.
