  I am absolutely kind blown that I am not ALLOWED to have the cheese removed from the mcdouble meal I have a food allergy and cause of that I don't get to have that meal because I have them take off the cheese it's no longer a mcdouble that's just absolutely ridiculous 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 come on do better than that McDonald's

  I waited in the Line to pay for 10 minutes and now I’m waiting another 10 minutes for my food when it should’ve already been done. Very poor service

  Moved to the area last year. Every time I have visited using drive thru I always have to pull up and wait in a spot forever. Most of the time the food is right, which is why I risk it sometimes but honestly...both McDonald's here have serious issues with the time it takes to get a CORRECT order

  I have only used drive through at this location but it has always been as expected. Never a long wait and service is courteous, not sure why the picture is of the Sherm's sign though...

  Once again they were surprised by us showing up there to eat. We seem to always catch them off guard and they never have anything ready like back in the day. You use to go through the drive through because you were in a hurry and were there for "fast food." Now it's hurry and get in line, order, and then be assigned a place to go wait. Crazy. They have tried to fool me a few times by saying that they are making my food fresh. I tried standing up to their B.S. stating I am ok with the stale and non-fresh items, I was quickly told, no - please go to number 3 and we will be with you shortly, ( 6 minutes ) I have to allot for approximately 80 minutes when I go to McDonalds on campus. Still not sure why they got two lanes for ordering.
