  I called in an order and explained to the young man how I had a headache and wasn't feeling well. When I got my food, there was a very sweet message on the outside wrapping of my sandwich. It just simply said, I hope you feel better with a happy face. The fact that he wished me well truly warmed my heart He was smart, proficient, knowledgeable and kind. I think that is exactly what customer service should be. I will return because of this type of customer service. Thank you so very much

  I came in here visiting from up north , I got the most odd vibe ever from this spot , and they only put 2-3 slices of roast beef in my sandwich(Big John) . I even tipped them . As someone who has been a GM in the past , this place needs some re training . I would have to say the absolute worst jimmy John’s experience I have ever had , and I visit tons of their locations and this ranks dead last . Do yourself a favor and go to any other spot . I’m not even angry , just disappointed in this whole experience.

  I love getting food here! The staff are so nice and work their butts off for you. I absolutely love their toasted roast beef and cheddar sandwich. Even though I've not had much of their other sandwiches I'm sure they taste amazing.

  Kat and her awesome team went over and above to get my Open House what we needed. They worked to get my large order together before hours, and I am so thankful!
