I’ve been there twice since they’ve opened and he reminded me of why it’s been months since I haven’t been back. While asking “can I get you anything else for your bowl?” as he is already putting the lid on and almost into the paper bag. After reading these reviews I am sure the negative ones about a “man” being disrespectful would be Mr. Juan.

Theyve messed up an order of mine as im right there saying what i want on it, their work station is messy, and just seems unprofessional. This seems to be a common thing in klamath. But for the money you spend at this restaurant I expect much more!!

I saw a young woman be treated so disrespectfully by a man that I assume is a manager. The poor girl was confused about pricing and instead of using basic problem solving skills that he SHOULD KNOW in his position.....he threw the girls food away and proceeded to talk to her like she was stupid. Even the staffmembers appeared to be extremely uncomfortable. I WALKED OUT. I refuse to give any business to an establishment that allows this behavior.
