    I went into Chipotle on January 2nd 2026 around 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately they didn't have my guacamole for my veggie bowl protein. I had asked if I could get a discount because I was clearly being jipped of my protein for my veggie bowl, yet being charged for it. The workers kindly met my request and made it right!

    Juan needs fired or better training. His customer service is shit. I’ve been there twice since they’ve opened and he reminded me of why it’s been months since I haven’t been back. While asking “can I get you anything else for your bowl?” as he is already putting the lid on and almost into the paper bag. After reading these reviews I am sure the negative ones about a “man” being disrespectful would be Mr. Juan.

    Day shift- the food is good, nice n clean work area and lobby Night shift- just a mess. Theyve messed up an order of mine as im right there saying what i want on it, their work station is messy, and just seems unprofessional. Its like they were trained seperately from the day shift workers 🤷🏾‍♀️

    Usually you can expect the same thing at Chipotle. Although the food was ok portions were smaller then any Latin I've ever been to. Customer service sucks as well. This seems to be a common thing in klamath. But for the money you spend at this restaurant I expect much more!!
