  Very friendly staff and patient while you're trying to figure out what to eat.. LOL overall the food is excellent and you have to try. There are chips that they make daily.

  Arrived around 5:25 during the dinner hour on 2/3. There was NO steak prepared and they were just finishing the chicken. Arrived and there were two groups sitting at tables and three employees. None of the employees spoke to me or the other customers for almost 10 minutes. Finally the only female employee came out from around the corner and rudely ordered me to step back saying the they had not ordered yet. I had no way of knowing that and had not said or done anything to deserve her attitude, she then stomped back around the corner. While it was completely understandable for them to order first, there was NO reason for her rudeness. Finally a young man started taking orders, making the food and running the register. He seemed very stressed. After about 15 more minutes I was finally able to order. My question is, why were TWO of the protein options NOT ready during the dinner hour? The food quality is good, but the service at this restaurant is terrible! I am highly unlikely to return, which is sad since I have always enjoyed Chipotle in other locations. Also, the parking situation is ridiculous here with only one or two spots available that are not reserved for mobile orders.

  Placed a take out order through the app. Went into the store to pick it up, but was 5 minutes early. 10 minutes later, I had to ask for it. It was ready, but they did not place it in the expected mobile order shelf.

  The food is always good, I would stay away from the cheese and sour cream if you deal with inflammation. Absolute party They have beer Bring a coat it can be cold. Especially by the door.
