Like most fast food places, this one is often understaffed. Customer lines get long, the kitchen is insanely busy, and sometimes things go wrong. An order takes too long. Something is missing from someone's order. Then customers can get cranky, indignant, and unkind. We've all been there. The remarkable thing about this Taco Bell is the seemingly unflappable patience and kindness of the staff. They work hard and try their best, no matter how slammed they are. When things go wrong, they apologize and try to make it right. They don't get defensive and snippy. They are unfailingly nice to all, in my experience. This is so refreshing in today's world, and I appreciate them more than I can say.

The employees here are super nice, patient, and have great attitudes. Never had a bad experience.

I am also boycotting this restaurant and posting the very lowest rating until they change their cruel and unusual business practice of not allowing employees to even purchase or borrow a taco bell jacket. It is way too cold to have people standing at the drive through without allowing them to at least buy or borrow a taco bell jacket.
Forcing them to show up early or work extra shifts just to get a "purple ticket". that after they get enough purple tickets they will finally get a jacket which advertises their restaurant.
UNTIL THEN, THEY WILL BE FREEZING THEIR BUNS OFF AND THAT IS JUST NOT RIGHT
How greedy! SHAME!

The place was packed,but the staff was energetic and positive which tends to out customers at ease and enjoy their time much more. Also they gave everyone complimentary soft drinks because of the wait. Regardless I think all restaurants should run more like them.... It makes people always want to return again and again.☺️
