  Came through the drive thru with a $32 order. Was shorted a burger, 2 fries and 2 drinks. I noticed the drinks before we left because that was easy. Should have checked the rest of the order but I went all the way home with 4 kids before checking. So annoying!!! I called to ask for a refund. No apology. Told me I had to come back to get the refund. Can’t do it so I lost $10. And they didn’t give a shit. From now on I’ll be sitting in the drive thru carefully checking my order before I drive away.

  This is the last time I come to the Keizer station McDonald’s, they got my order wrong again. This is the 4 time this month either the items wrong or it was missing and I do not have time to go in and have them correct it. Picture below is what they gave me for a bottle of water. And honestly this time I believe they gave me someone else’s order.

  Do yourself a favor and skip this location. They will sure as hell take your money, but won’t take your order. Nothing but lazy. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to the next location.✌️
