No apology, no urgency — just employees standing around acting clueless. During that time, four other customers came in, complaining that their orders were incorrect or missing entirely, including those who had ordered through the app. Every taco bell around Salem always seems to mess things up. When I finally got my food and started eating, I found a hair buried underneath my nachos — not on top, but hidden under the cheese. That’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This location is a total disaster — filthy, disorganized, and run by people who clearly don’t care. Taco Bell should be ashamed to have its name on this place. I'm never eating at a TacoBell anywhere in Oregon ever again.
