  I've come here several times over the years and most of the time it's been fine, though there have been sporadic issues in the past, but I just have to vent over the travesty that was tonight. Entered the drive thru with 2 cars in front of us, sat at the box for ~10 min with no contact. There was severe issue getting the order across, a large sparkling water and a hot black tea with cream and sugar. They didn't seem terribly busy when we drove up, maybe their microphone sucks, I don't know. What transpired next was waiting, so much waiting that my car turned off on its own and my wife and kids walked to McDonald's down the street to get food sooner. After over an hour of waiting in the drive thru I finally get to the window where they hand me a drink with all the ice melted and they had made iced tea instead of hot. Another fifteen minutes pass and I finally get my wife's hot tea. I was so fed up with sitting there I just left, only to find that after everything they gave us a hot mint tea with milk and lemon lime soda instead of the drinks we actually ordered. I don't want to rag on the employees much, I'm sure they're back there doing their best but what a mess tonight.

  Lobby is closed, not very happy. I’ve been waiting in line in the drive thru (as my order is already paid for) for quite some time. It’s dinner time, you should have more staff or simply close if you cannot operate efficiently. Shame.

  I ordered a basil tomato BLT and received a “sandwich” of stale dry bread, no tomato, no mayo and maybe 2 strips of bacon with heaps of greens, presumably to make up for the missing ingredients . The manager was apologetic and offered a free meal, however I won’t ever be going back. I did order at night but it was about 1-1/2 hrs before they closed.

  There is NO interaction with the staff. You go in and they don’t acknowledge you and you order from a kiosk. And then ask for a tip on the kiosk? Um no. That’s for when people wait on customers and refill drinks, etc. Then I was given the dirtiest spoon with crusted on food from the previous person for my daughter’s Mac and cheese. Not impressed. And we won’t be coming back to any Panera.

  My orders are all delivered. I have repeatedly received less than fresh pastries. Today I received 2 pastries that were sold old, the paper sack housing one, took off all the drizzled chocolate and the chocolate was dried and hard, stuck to the paper. Both pastries were more than one day old! The balance of our order was lovely, fresh and quite delicious.
