Entered the drive thru with 2 cars in front of us, sat at the box for ~10 min with no contact. There was severe issue getting the order across, a large sparkling water and a hot black tea with cream and sugar. They didn't seem terribly busy when we drove up, maybe their microphone sucks, I don't know. What transpired next was waiting, so much waiting that my car turned off on its own and my wife and kids walked to McDonald's down the street to get food sooner. After over an hour of waiting in the drive thru I finally get to the window where they hand me a drink with all the ice melted and they had made iced tea instead of hot. Another fifteen minutes pass and I finally get my wife's hot tea. I was so fed up with sitting there I just left, only to find that after everything they gave us a hot mint tea with milk and lemon lime soda instead of the drinks we actually ordered. I don't want to rag on the employees much, I'm sure they're back there doing their best but what a mess tonight.

The manager was apologetic and offered a free meal, however I won’t ever be going back. I did order at night but it was about 1-1/2 hrs before they closed.

That’s for when people wait on customers and refill drinks, etc. Then I was given the dirtiest spoon with crusted on food from the previous person for my daughter’s Mac and cheese. Not impressed. And we won’t be coming back to any Panera.
