Regardless, this has been an issue only at this location and I'm posting the review because this is the 4th time now. Im not sure if it's from a lack of caring or inexperienced staff, but I have asked for a BLACK iced coffee with extra espresso shots added, meaning NO CREAM, NO SUGAR, just coffee and espresso. Seems simple. I saw a discrepancy on the screen, there was no note saying anything about not adding cream or sugar, and I asked again to make sure they heard me through the speaker and confirmed my order. When I get to the window they hand me a coffee with cream and when I called them out on it they said " you didn't ask for no cream " in a incredibly rude way. Despite verbatim asking for a black coffee no cream, no sugar, no flavor. When I asked for another coffee they were incredibly rude and when my food came out she aggressively handed me the bag. I get it, fast food is difficult to work but don't get frustrated when I call you out for slacking and not doing your job properly. Please do better

When I showed her the receipt and asked for my food she rolled her eyes and said there was “nothing she could do”. Like what do you mean. This is just ridiculous. This McDonald’s has been one of my worst experiences.
