She also didn’t even confirm m order or tell me the total. She says “pull forward” but did not specify which window to stop at. I slowed at the first window but she was faced away, leaning against the window talking to someone. I continued toward the next window and she finally opens her window, saying I drove past her… I reverse and I say, “oh you had your back to me!” In a nice way. She takes the payment and slams the windows shut. Okay??? Goodness.

As I confronted her she proceeds to explain to me “oh yeah so the customer is always right and without us we wouldn’t have a paycheck” Sarcastic and rude. I understand fast food industry is rough. But uphold your values. Preferred not to write about this experience but you hold a role as a manager and this is the example you set for your employees? Be better.
