For the passed month I’ve ordered my drink and the person who puts in the order either the wrong size, or forget soft top. just a few days ago they gave my mother in law the wrong drink and tried to give me a small when I asked for large that day. She didn’t know it was the wrong drink till we got home. At least five times in one month they’ve got our drinks messed up. Then want me to use my card for a dollar over the size difference when my card will charge extra for a little amount like a dollar. And I don’t like being mean but they messed up why should I pay for their mess up? I understand mistakes happen but this often. Did I do something to upset this Dutch bros coz it sure feels like I did. I normally don’t tip until I become I a regular when I did tip they still messed up the drinks. So yeah I’m not going to tip at this location. It’s frustrating coz I worked customer service and if I have bad experience with a customer and they come back I treat them with respect. And I never recall ever ever being mean until today when I was about to snap at them but they fix my order. I’m writing this review because of too many mess ups in such a short time and they aren’t new people working there. So it feels personal at this point. this Dutch is the closest one to me that’s why I come here and for seasonal drinks.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
