  Food was ok, but I had a pizza from my order not delivered a few weeks ago and I STILL have yet to receive a refund! I contacted the store immediately and also filed a complaint online. I'm not asking for a lot here, just not to pay for stuff I didn't get! Will definitely not be ordering from this location ever again.

  I ordered two types of wings and picked up my order, but one of the boxes contained bread bites instead of wings. After getting home, I called the store to report the error and was asked to return with the bread bites as proof. I was told my wings would be ready in eight minutes over the phone. When I returned about ten minutes later, I was told it would be an andditional eight minutes for the replacement wings, even though the mistake was on the original order. I requested a couple of sauces for the inconvenience, and my request was dismissed. While waiting, I overheard a staff member named Maria speaking loudly and using profanity about me (in Spanish thinking I could only understand English) to other employees in the back. I then requested a refund due to the disrespect, which was processed. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and poorly handled, and I do not plan to return. Also the overpriced wings were not even warm- boooooo. No bueno.

  Was in Vancouver today and was going to order pizza for lunch. They had a 10 dollar special any pizza 5 toppings or specialty. Figured ide get it at home since I didn't have time. Nope. Not valid here. And the coupon dang near broke the app when I tried to get it to work. Guess I'll line my order up for work earlier and go there. Odd that not that far away the deals are different? Must be the owners maximizing profits.

  My wife and I used to order a lot from Domino’s out of convenience. It seems recently this location decided to implement at $20.00 minimum order for delivery. When using coupons or their rewards points, for the standard order we’ve done for years, we do not meet the minimum requirement. Either way, we won’t be spending anymore money here.

  Placed an order on 9/27 and not only did the pizza arrive really late it also came completely cold. Called and requested a refund, the next day I got a call back saying they would get it issued. I followed up today because I still hadn’t seen the refund and was told that the manager Mario had pushed it aside because he didn’t want to deal with it.. I never called angry or yelling like some people do, so I don’t understand the reason to dodge the problem I didn’t create. Update** Not sure if it was my review or corp complaint but the manager finally got back to me - although I dislike the way this got handled. Mario got me taken care of! I picked up a pizza tonight and it was perfect!
