I followed up today because I still hadn’t seen the refund and was told that the manager Mario had pushed it aside because he didn’t want to deal with it.. I never called angry or yelling like some people do, so I don’t understand the reason to dodge the problem I didn’t create. Update** Not sure if it was my review or corp complaint but the manager finally got back to me - although I dislike the way this got handled. Mario got me taken care of! I picked up a pizza tonight and it was perfect!
