I bought food from this establishment last night, and a young woman took my card to the inside register claiming that the drive-thru one didn’t work. She was taking way too long to swipe my card for just one transaction, so I thought to myself to lock my card after I bought my food. I’m so glad I did because that little girl tried to steal my money and card info. I have a charge to my account that tried to go through AT THIS DAIRY QUEEN looooong after I went home. I will be contacting a manager when this place opens, and if nothing is done to this employee I will make a police report and we can let the law handle her. I will not be kind to someone who attempts to steal what little money I’m allowing myself to spend after working 3 12hr shifts in a row.
- JJJUNOJUNOHKOct 23, 20251.0Went in and stood by the register for 10 mins and no one had acknowledged me despite staffs walking in and out of the counter A manager/owner looking person (not in uniform) was busy bossing the staffs around and they were breaking bags of ice on the ground next to me, which is unsanitary Probably tells a lot about the sanitation of this place If just one staff would’ve acknowledged me and told me they were busy, I wouldn’t mind waiting at all; however, unfortunately, it feels like they didn’t care about losing business and straight up ignore my existence I then brought my business elsewhere

When asked why he could not break up the ice in the back and then bring it out to the ice machine. The employee argued with my wife. Then turned up the music so loud she could not visit with her sister. Very poor unprofessional employees
