  Ordered two medium dip cones. Both looked like this. We even clarified that they were medium. Disappointed to say the least. Definitely not worth $5 each. Won't be back.

  Yesterday I visited this Dairy Queen because it is in my neighborhood and I like to support local businesses, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. I made my best effort to place my order in English, but the employee who helped us was very rude and kept saying he didn’t understand my English. I asked for the number 7 burger (sandwich only) and a small order of cheese curds. When he said he didn’t understand, I pointed directly to the menu and he finally charged me. I waited about 20 minutes for my order. The restaurant was busy, but there was only one person working in the kitchen while several other employees were in the ice cream area and no one was helping prepare food. The employee at the register also spent most of the time turned around and not helping the customers waiting in line. When my order finally came out, I asked for ranch and again he said he didn’t understand me. Instead of trying to help, he simply turned around and walked away. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t seem to be supervising the staff or helping organize the team during such a busy time. Because of the way I was treated, I honestly felt uncomfortable and discriminated against. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service at this location.

  I recently bought a triple stack burger combo here. I ordered it without mayo, add barbecue sauce. The burger was excellent, really very good. The fries were good too. A very satisfying meal. This is the second time I have gotten the triple stack burger, and the previous time was great too. I have eaten here many times, never a mistake or bad food.

  Waited in the drive though for a Peanut Buster parfait for 10 minutes…. $7.49 to be met with this gem…shame on you DQ for charging so much for this. This is not EVEN close to the what the picture shows on the menu……

  First time going into this diary queen we didn't expect much as an average fast fooder but! oh my glob these customer service people! was EXCELLENT. Stanley and Jennifer carefully crafted our orders with such care and love, every bite of my flame thrower burger I felt their woven attention. Was well taken care of like a fresh baby out of the womb! Will be visiting this specific diary queen location for how ever long god lets me live.
