  I paid $12 for My bowl which I only got half the bowl. A couple of pieces of chicken (4 pieces) . Very light portion. Wasn't like this before. Disappointed.

  The service and food were both terrible. I Will not be returning. My chips were stale and they were out of guacamole. All the workers were making fun of a previous customer and were just unprofessional overall.

  If I could give this review a ZERO I would! Usually chipotle is my favorite place to eat but tonight was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I first got to the restaurant to pick up my food but didn’t receive it until ten minutes after it was supposed to be done. I then asked where my large side of guacamole was and the employee informed me that they were out of guacamole and that I would have to take it up with customer service. I then filled out a complaint about the guacamole and was gifted a free SMALL side of guacamole. Like seriously? I paid for a large not a small. But honestly I could have got past all of that. But then when I got home and unwrapped my burrito, I took a bite and the RICE WAS HARD!!! It was like eating uncooked rice straight out of the bag. I actually started CRYING! I had a horrible day and the burrito was the only thing I had to eat. AND IT WAS DISGUSTING. I don’t know it I will ever be able to come back. This experience might have just ruined chipotle for me.

  To the worker with the two tone blue hair, if you don’t like working with people you should find a different job. Extremely aggressive and rude. I feel bad for the sweet girl who was originally helping me with my order. I asked a simple question and received arrogance and attitude. I will call management to let them know the terrible customer service people are receiving at this location.

  They never have plain white rice available. Annoying when cilantro tastes bad to some of us. They also had no shredded cheese to even make quesadillas. Waist of time, can't even call ahead and not an option to order plain rice in the app. Useless.
