They are very friendly during the experience and focus on efficient, speedy, friendly customer service. I went inside to use the bathroom and get some extra condiments, and what I perceived as the main manager/owner was very helpful and pointed me on the right direction and was very helpful
- FOFTL OPFeb 20, 20262.0Due to Chick-fil-A in Keizer Station recently adding a mobile only lane to their drive-through lane. I have no interest in going there again. I really like Chick-fil-A food and it was really convenient for me to quickly get in and get out. Today when I went, the drive-through lane was backed up to the parking lot. Meanwhile, the mobile only lane was completely empty. I had no interest or time in waiting in line. The manager should’ve been aware of this and asked people to use both lanes to drive-through. Also on their website unless you’re willing to give your cell phone number which I have no interest in doing (I have a landline and that’s what I want to use) I could not leave a customer service feedback. Like so many of these commercialized in impersonal companies, Chick-fil-A just want your information. They just want you to hurry up use their place and move on. They don’t care about customers. I’m not sure why Fast-food companies think that everyone has access to the Internet or to a cell phone or even wants to use our cell phone. Also they are cheap this just allows them to have less jobs. Chick-fil-A you are losing customers by limiting your customer base to adjust people wiling to use their cell phones or want to sit in line for 20 minutes. Well at least you lost me.
