  Sorry if I spell it wrong......Manager Octavius is amazing. I received the best customer service from this young man tonight. This location had a lot of issues a couple years ago, but they seem to be on track lately. We eat here about twice a month and have been very happy with food and service. Had a bad order a couple of weeks ago, was told to come back when I had time so they could remake it for me. Went in tonight and Octavius was so nice and apologetic. Please make sure he is recognized for his behavior; it is so rare in the fast food business.

  We absolutely love this location! It is always clean and the majority of the staff is very friendly. The food is always excellent as well. I also enjoy using the coupons on the back of Safeway receipts for the beef and cheddar sandwiches! And I apologize as I'm terrible with names but the middle aged Hispanic woman who sometimes works the counter as well as the Hispanic manager with glasses are so friendly, amazing people :)
