  How many poor reviews does it get to fire the manager or shut this place down?! Several young adults in the back cussing loudly, and playing derogatory music. All of them talking very rudely about their jobs. Not to mention theyre loudly talking about how they can't bring drug paraphernalia inside the store to finish their deal. This place needs to be rebuilt from the inside out. Fire the short curly headed kid.

  Currently waiting in drive thru line for a hr no exaggeration. 9:20 it’s 10:23pm don’t come here after management goes home worst establishment I’ve been too. Been coming here the last year every experience is poor. Corporate needs to do something serious

  Always out of something. Didn't tell me they were out of tomatoes, they sub Pico de gallo without notification or consent. I can't have onions. Staff has 0 understanding of allergies, and how altering someone's food without their consent / knowledge could be detrimental. If you're out of tomatoes, say so. Don't sneak in some pico thinking I won't notice. Only admitted they were out of tomatoes after I called and complained. Was told they were just tacos and I shouldn't be so upset. Came 4/27 to pick up my mobile order, was informed they were out of ground beef and it would be 1 hour before they had more available. Said it is a special process to cook their ground beef, which is why it will take 1 hour. Gave me the option to come back in a hour, or ask for a refund through the app. Chose to come back, because I wasn't going to deal with the hassle of a refund through the app. This location is such a joke.

  I opened a taco and first thing you see is a live crock roach moving in it. Manager refused to see video because he seemed to know about it.

  The girl with the blonde hair was the best cashier I’ve ever been served by. She was so kind and was so amazing. I just wanted to shout her out because genuinely she was such a sweet cashier. Thank you!!
