This is THE WORST run store! No notice saying a door closes on 1 end. See pictures. I'm disabled & was forced to walk the parking lot. I returned after NOT shopping here for months. Food poisoning from Ready-made meals, TWICE!
I WON'T BE RETURNING & will spread the word to ANYONE listening. They should be fined & I will be contacting BBB.

Brace yourself! This is not a favorable review. If you are that person that has nothing to do with this company. Yet will be so a fended! Stop reading now. My complaint starts with the hot deli area. You will leave Chinese food, fried chicken, any and all sorts of the hot items out for hours and hours and hours. Does this make sense? How about let’s say the dinner rush to actually have something hot cooked and fresh. That must be just a foreign idea to whoever the hell is in charge there. Please, I take that back no please. How hard is it to fix this problem?pathetic service and shift leadership. If there is no standard operating procedure with this, create one. I’m so feed up with greasy, nasty old cooked food that has sat in the display all day, and expensive. Refresh and rotate more than once a shift would be great. And I quote “Chicken has been there since 13:00, I wound not eat that.”

Does anybody in your store answer the phones? No matter what area you call! They don't answer... Going to start shopping at Albertsons in town. It sucks when our local Safeway doesn't give you a hometown, local type of experience. It's like they know they're the only major store here and just don't care!!! Two weeks later and I got no refund on my screwed up order? This store needs an overhaul! Starting with the blonde lady in customer service.. the pic... Yeah, hasn't worn a smile in years!!

They always have stickers for discounted prices, however when you go to purchase items that are discounted they never are, and they usually cost almost double what the discounted price is. Customer service is terrible and unhelpful. The self checkout is a pain and if something in your bag moves, the checkout system freaks out and you're stuck waiting up to several minutes for an employee to come over and help. Do not recommend recommend shopping here.
