Nicole at customer service went out of her way to help me in my time of need Sunday November 9th, 2025. What a great employee of Safeway!
I appreciate her so much!!
I also greatly appreciate the young man who helped me get the water bottles in my car and took care to use his legs and not hurt his back.
There was also a customer named Sabre who saw that my arm was disabled and she helped me to unload my cart onto the counter.
She noticed that ice from a Starbucks sample had spilled on one of my cans. She asked for a towel and wiped it off.
She went out of her way multiple times to be such a good example of love and kindness to her young daughter there!
She wouldn't even let me, let her go first, with her small amount of items!
I will never forget how that made me feel! Cared for, honored and seen.
That is such a beautiful thing in this world today!
I have great anxiety around going to the store with my disabilities and all of these people, including the cashier made me feel cared for and seen and honored!!
I didn't see Aaron that day at the store, but he's always been so friendly and has provided great customer service!
Thank you Safeway for having such quality people in your store!!
I did go in for butter and the butter that was on sale, was out of stock and I wasn't able to get a good portion of the things on my list
The eggs that I was looking for were not on the Shelf, but a young man went to great lengths of trouble to find eggs in the back for me, and I really appreciated that!!

Do they stock this store at all? Gerardo? Maybe get someone else to do the orders? If I had a vehicle to go get the deals from Eugene? I live right behind your store, but having missing products? Doesn't make it convenient when your store can't seem to carry regular products, let alone sale items.. ridiculous, how this store operates at such a shitty level. Is this a Safeway? Or some ragtag outfit that doesn't pride itself in customer service?!?! I'd like to think there's been a mixup, not a failure in small town America!?!?!

Just like every Safeway I've ever been into, the staff are judgemental, can be downright rude and disrespectful, and tends to stereotype people when it comes to things like potential shoplifting, bottle return receipts, etc. I am a mid-30s age male, disabled combat veteran, and for the second time In a row, was told by the same judgemental lady, that my bottle return receipt couldn't be honored because it was a fake!!?? It's the exact way that it comes out of your printer lady! How the hell is it fake!? Or photocopied ad she put it! So now, I'm out my cans, and my 14 bucks, and I'm pissed! Safeway never cease to amaze me at how they treat people my age/appearance like absolute trash. I did 9 1/2 yrs in the Army, 3 combat tours , just to come home and deal with this shit! Do better Safeway!!!!!
