Only complaint is the drive through ends right at the intersection and turning left onto the road is near impossible most times of day, so you gotta turn right and loop the block. If I wanted to leave a tip I would have put it in there. My first thought after saying no was , oh my gosh are they going to spit in my food now? I immediately called when I got home to verify with manager on duty that this was a new policy that was being implemented. Your shift manager told me yes they are prompted to ask. Then I called Santa Clara DQ where shift manager assured me they don’t put their customers in an awkward position. I won’t be back to your location, as long as you are enforcing this prompt. :(
