- BDBob DylanSep 15, 20221.0I am a regular customer here and have been for over 10 years. But ever since they hired the new cashier (Cat is her name I believe) I refuse to go in. She has been nothing but rude to me, many customers from what I’ve witnessed, and even the other employees both on the gas station side and the subway side. I’ve talked to a handful of my friends who shop here regularly and they have all had the same negative experiences with her. Everyone else there is great, but she is the reason I will now go to elsewhere!
- LSLuckie SmithJun 28, 20211.0Slow and understaffed, you'll often find gas attendants making your sandwich while the actual employees stand around helplessly. Do they all have food handlers training? Nobody knows. One time we tried to get a sandwich only to be told they didn't want to defrost more marinara sauce at 3pm on a Wednesday. So yeah, pick one of the other two locations if Subway is your jam. Try the drive thru if you want to jump the line inside- they will make your sandwich first even if 10 people are waiting in line.
