On one visit, we were asked to pull forward to wait for hash browns. No problem—but our drinks were forgotten. It took multiple trips back and forth and 15 minutes to finally get everything. By the time we got home, the food was cold. Another time, we tried the new chicken ranch wraps—very underwhelming. One small chicken strip, barely any ranch, minimal toppings, and fries that were only about 3/4 full. One of the chicken strips was also basically cremated. RIP 🙏 Overall: It’s McDonald’s. Sometimes it’s fine, sometimes it’s frustrating.
