The one in Dallas is like the worst, so I tried this one and there's a couple gals up front but Jessica ended up helping us, both gals were smiling and friendly but Jessica got stuck with me, laugh out loud. She took our order. She was very friendly and kind and it's nice to see that authentism genuine caring of the customers and about doing a good job, she ensured that the meal was what we had ordered, and it was fresh.
- JJJoshuaNov 13, 20255.0Went in today, just real quick meal and Jessica welcomed us treated us like friends and it's nice to see somebody smile at you when you walk in, because most people, if they even look at you, just have a scowl on their face and aren't very communicative, and she was, I was able to hear what she had to say, and she helped us out. And for as busy as McDonald's is anymore with the double drive thru with the order on the kiosk with DoorDash and online ordering and stuff. These employees should be getting paid more for the work overload that they get. Not just minimum wage McDonald's makes stupid money and they should pay their employees for making it possible. God bless Jessica for the good work, she does and may the owners, whoever's in charge , actually start digging into their pockets to give back to the people , actually doing the work
- CBChain BreakerNov 13, 20255.0Came in to here last week and for as busy as they are they do get food out pretty quickly and it is fresh as can be. The service is great. Jessica was welcoming with a great big smile and was thorough in helping us. And we were able to get our food in a good amount of time. There are some kids in there, acting a mess and she handled it awesome and ended up asking them to leave, which is nice to see a someone do.
