  Normal McDonald's visit. Food and service were good. The kids play area was busy, so bit noisy but expected. Some of the dining tables needed servicing. Overall, it was typical.

  This Mc Donald’s charges way more per item than other Mc Donald’s in Oregon and the product is exactly the same. I call it the “yuppie tax”.

  Today I went into Hood River McDonald's by Safeways. My intentions to help feed 26 homeless people worked out thanks to the staff at this McDonald's. I had $50 and another lady gave me $40. Night quite enough to pay for all of the food. However the manager and the staff came together and helped me with the rest. Now if that is not Christmas spirit I don't know what is. Thank You McDonald's staff and the unknown Lady that helped make some lives feel a little better.

  Was here today around 7:15 PM — absolutely terrible and slow service. First they forgot one of my drinks and a sauce. I asked for three more sauces, never got them, had to go get them myself. Most of the booth seats are ripped, the kitchen looks really dirty, the dining area isn’t much better. The Grinch Meal is supposed to come with dill-seasoned fries — there was no dill at all. The table numbers were left all over the restaurant, staff didn’t even bother to collect them, and they weren’t available at the kiosk either. The manager looked extremely tired and seemed like he simply didn’t care anymore. Honestly, the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Management needs to take a serious look at this franchise.

  The hamburger is not tasty and is disassembled, it is dirty, the service is slow, they do not bring what you ordered. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever seen.
