Of course you charge me for extra potatoes and only put freaking bacon only in my burrito I’m so tired of your business constantly messing up and not taking accountability you guys suck and I will definitely be reporting you guys oh and your phones are always turned off so of course people can’t call and complain about how much you guys suck

I went to Taco Bell to get a burrito because my dog ate the one that I had saved from my trip, and I was VERY disappointed and DISGUSTED to find that they are closed due to being "shortstaffed," even though I saw 4 people inside doing who knows what. Also saw someone that appeared to have an online order as well walk out with 2 bags, so I don't know what the problem was. Probably some highschoolers hooking up one of their friends with some food. Worst experience I've ever had getting food anywhere, and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE give this location their time, or their money.

I ordered online and when I got there, they blocked the drive thru with their truck. There was a sign in the door about them being short staffed and four employees walked out. Now I don't have money for dinner for my kids or myself. This is unacceptable.

we ordered online, got there and saw this on the door. the workers had blocked the drive through with their own vehicle, and locked the doors so we couldn’t even get in to ask about a refund. also when we pulled up we saw someone leaving with an online order that was 2 big bags, eventually the workers came out and told me i could cancel online (which i had already tried, and it didn’t work) they told me it’ll automatically refund after 24 hours but that means i have to wait til tomorrow to get tonight’s dinner money back so we aren’t having any tonight. cherry on top was we saw FOUR workers leave so idk how short staffed they really were i mean how many people does it take to run a taco bell. overall 0/10 worst experience at a taco bell ive ever had.

Great stop along I-84. Delicious shakes and ice cream. Burgers are made to order worh plenty of options.
