  It was late, about 11:40 Saturday night; they took my order in the Drive-Thru told me the cost then when I pulled up to the window they didn't even acknowledge me. I waited for 5 minutes for a quesadilla and to pay. I finally gave up and left. A person at the cashier was so quiet I know that he said something besides the price but I have no idea what it was. I was going to ask them when they open the window and took my money. They didn't open the window so I did not get to talk to them so I just drove away.

  Every single time we go to this Taco Bell either they use old product, don’t have something, or plain up can’t read a screen to make sure they are accurate in sending out orders this place is a joke! It’s like a bunch of teenagers are running this store !

  This is, by far, the worst place to have to eat in Hood River. The food is slapped together and the service is the equivalent to what you would receive in a correctional facility. The young man who was working on Friday night, claiming to be the manager, didn't make our order then proceeded to tell us we had to go back around through the drive-thru if we wanted to order. A waste of time.
