Also saw someone that appeared to have an online order as well walk out with 2 bags, so I don't know what the problem was. Probably some highschoolers hooking up one of their friends with some food. Worst experience I've ever had getting food anywhere, and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE give this location their time, or their money.

- SMskye millerNov 2, 20251.0we ordered online, got there and saw this on the door. the workers had blocked the drive through with their own vehicle, and locked the doors so we couldn’t even get in to ask about a refund. also when we pulled up we saw someone leaving with an online order that was 2 big bags, eventually the workers came out and told me i could cancel online (which i had already tried, and it didn’t work) they told me it’ll automatically refund after 24 hours but that means i have to wait til tomorrow to get tonight’s dinner money back so we aren’t having any tonight. cherry on top was we saw FOUR workers leave so idk how short staffed they really were i mean how many people does it take to run a taco bell. overall 0/10 worst experience at a taco bell ive ever had.
