They charge .75 PER SAUCE. Never understood this practice - they give the stuff away at CFA, Sonic, others...It's a poor customer experience. Shakes were good but they (meaning several DQ locations) cannot figure out how to hand you a milkshake without it spilled all over the outside. Surprised they don't charge extra for napkins. The great thing is this is America, and I can choose not to go back!

We didn't feel rushed or like they were upset we took a while. Oh, the food came out so quick, fresh, and hot we barely got our drinks and sat down and they brought our food tray. From what I seen it was a bunch of high school kids working and they did an amazing job.
