  Fui a buscar una orden para DoorDash casi a la 1 am pedí que me la dieran por el drive thru y el joven venezolano, insistió en que fuera al lobby cuando la orden ya estaba preparada y lista para entregar, me hizo hacer la gran fila, y luego me hizo entrar al al lobby, cuando veo la bolsa de comida en el estante junto a la mesa, la volteo para tomar foto al recibo y el chico me abordó diciéndome que no haga eso insultándome que eso no se debe hacer, como si yo fuera a robarme la comida, me parece que es una exageración y una falta de respeto al público sabiendo que compramos día con día allí en su establecimiento de comida.

  I came to this Taco Bell location on my lunch break with a friend and I ordered a meal with chips and cheese on the side as I'm pulling off I see there is no chips I turn around and tell the male manager that worked on the 19th of February around 10:55 he proceeds to tell us we did not pay for chips "you only said cheese" I'm like no I said chips and cheese can I please pay for chips he looks at me and me my friend and says no because u didn't pay for it we are like that's why we are asking to pay and he shuts the window walks away comes back and tells me it's a 1.69 for chips I'm like okay can we please pay for our chips he finally lets us pay I see him grab chips throw it in a bag and hand it to me we are recording at this point and we ask can we please get his name he looks at us and slams the window in our face.......I'm not sure if it was discrimination or he just felt he can treat us that way but if an employee continues to work at a place after treating the costumers this way I wonder how the company treats its employees for them to feel it's okay to treat customers this way am I not looked at as a customer like everyone else that comes to this business it's sad it took me this long to write a review about this it's truly sad how people treat u I would give no stars if possible there is a reason this place does not have great reviews.
