  I used the app to order a Steak Filly Ftlg sandwich to pickup. I added my car was white and a hatchback. Curbside pickup 5:20pm. I parked in the curbside parking spot. The I'm here button never highlighted and the email option failed too. I tried to call, but the phone said it is no longer in service. I am disabled which is why I choose curbside. I was struggling to make my way onto the sidewalk when another customer said she would give them my name. A manager brought me my sandwich and listened to my complaints. I said you could see a white hatchback in the curbside spot and she said people park there all the time. The sandwich receipt time was 5:02pm. I waited a long time for the curbside pickup. I said I bet there will be something left off my sandwich. She said I was rude for saying that. When I got home there was no American cheese, although listed on my receipt. Do not go to this Subway, go to the one on Oak at the other end of Hillsboro.

  My family of 3 popped in on New Year's Eve and were all hangry, and Brittany was incredibly kind to us, and helped my kiddo figure out something she'd eat. Kiddo ended up loving her suggestion and finished her sandwich! We popped in again this evening and once again Brittany showed us incredible customer service. I wish every establishment had a Brittany!

  John at Subway is the best! He makes the best sandwiches every single time and always has the best attitude. He’s super friendly, fast, and really cares about what you want. Definitely my favorite person to see when I go in!

  The older gentleman was EXTREMELY rude to us. No idea why he works there. Was nothing but rude the whole time and we were nothing but kind.
