  Just go to the Red Robin across the street if you want a burger(you can order for take out and its fast,) this location will get the simplest order wrong

  Came just to get my kids their Huntrix Meal and they left out the pack of cards for one of the meals and now we’re already home, too late to go back for them. We’ve gotten wrong/missing orders from them enough that we ask for the receipts after paying to double check, but didn’t think they can even left out toys/cards from the meals… that’s the main reason for people to get these meals! Make sure you check your entire order before leaving 😤

  This location is the worst, I've given it many opportunities, each time they fail. They are rude, they always mess up the order and all they care about is their "window time". This morning I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg, I got ham instead of the sausage, the guy that handed me the bag looked mischievous as he handed it to me too, so he knew what he had done. Avoid this location.

  I ordered online and they had me go to the parking lot Even though I ordered online and when I came in I said excuse me to someone and one of the workers came right to the counter and said you're excused and then some girl pulled out her phone and showed another worker which I didn't really like that much. So I don't really like this place that much and they messed up two of my burgers from putting cheese and stuff even though I didn't want that stuff

  The most weirdest thing happened I was using the bathroom and I left my nic in there when I realized 2 mins later I went back in and the manager I’m pretty she was came out the same stall and it was gone and I had asked her and she lied to my face knowing she was the only one in there. I didn’t make a big thing about cause I’m not ghetto like that but her taking that is and she a manager. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful
