  It's a McDonalds so with taking that into consideration with what I'm about to say, this location is one of the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. There was one polite employee and she was pretty to look at but other than that the entire rest of my experience there was pretty much terrible. The food was cold and not correctly made. When I went to get it fixed she had said well whats the receipt say? I explained that I wanted 2 of the chicken sandwiches to be without mayo and because I told her that right before I paid she just went back and told the line cooks what I had said but failed to change the order receipt. So she continued to fight fixing my problem even though I was giving back the entire chicken sandwich. In my experience, having worked as a fast food employee myself, I was always taught the customer is always right and to just give them what they want. This is especially the case if they aren't asking for free food but merely trying to swap out incorrectly made orders. Needless to say, was extremely dissatisfied with the experience at yet another mcdonalds. Will NOT be coming back.

  Ordene por el drive thru y me dieron mal mi comida, la revise y le dije a la chica que estaba mal mi orden , su respuesta fue , pues ya esta la orden le dije pero yo no pedí esto me dijo pero ya esta le dije yo no quiero esto , quiero lo que pedí, muy molesta jalo la bolsa y se fue

  Ignored inner lane while serving three people on outer lane. Had to back out and change lanes -1⭐ flimsy paper McFlurry cup was all sticky when they handed it to me. -1⭐ ice cream w mint syrup, barely blended, tastes like toothpaste. -1⭐ normally I love mint, but this was a waste of my time and money.

  Worst experience I think I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Took me 10 minutes just to get to the speaker box(mind you I had an online order, all I had to do was give them a code) then took me 10 more minutes to even get up to the window. Once I got to the window it took 5 minutes to even get recognized. Then I was told they were still waiting for my chicken wrap and asked me to pull forward. It then took 10 more minutes at that window to even get my food. All in all, 35 minutes to get some “fast food.” I get being busy and all that, I’m a general manager for a fast casual restaurant, but Sundays team was not it.
