  Placed an order on the app in hopes that it would be ready when I arrived. 17 minutes later, it was not ready. Waited another 11 minutes for my order to complete. When I got home, I noticed my entire order is wrong. Tried to call the store, no answer from them. I paid $45 for three sandwiches that wasn’t even close to my original order. Ridiculous, never again. You just lost a customer

  This Jimmy John's restaurant made me wait over 25 minutes for my food and it wasn't even busy at this time. I heard the workers laughing out loud and joking around with each other hanging out instead of providing me with service. Please Jimmy John's owners, you should replace all these workers with a.i. robots. They don't appreciate having a job so they can lose their job to robot asap. Everyone acts like a job isn't a big deal until the bills come. Please fire these workers asap. Your customers are ready for skynet robots getting our food for us. Not selfish clowns wasting company time. Thank you and get rid of these people asap.

  First it’s that their rewards was down. Next their cc machine “isn’t working”. Just sat here and had them run my payment twice and said that it shut their computers down and they couldn’t take my payment so after sitting and waiting for them to figure it out I left with no food and no condolences even from the staff who just laughed it off. Waste of time. Especially considering they probably already made the food and it’s their machines not working & they offered no valid solution after wasting my time.
