- SMSierra MillerDec 21, 20251.0I hate to leave a bad review based on one employees behavior. However, it was clear that the woman at the front counter was new. She was having trouble with getting the screen updated to put our order in and asked for help from her coworker. His name, Dalton. Dalton was not at all helpful to her and acted like she was a burden. So he gives her instructions and she follows them but it happens to void out another order that was a call in, still on the screen. She then asks for help from her other coworker who was unable to assist. Dalton then comes back and asks what’s happen and proceeds to blame the voided order on the other girl that tried to help even though it happened after following DALTON’S instructions. Then Dalton proceeds to yell at her. Meanwhile my boyfriend and I have been standing there awkwardly for about 6 minutes while all of this is happening and our order still hasn’t been input. Needless to say we walked out and went elsewhere. Whoever owns this store needs to have a talk with their employees about their behavior while customs are present. Namely, DALTON needs talked to.
