I also tried calling in because I had issues using my mobile app so i asked if i could call and do it that way, she just said no and hung up before i could ask another follow up question. I think this place needs to educate they're employees becayse clearly they dont know how to service customers. 0/10 would not go here even if someone offered me money to go here.
