  Jalapeños tastes weird, game didn't keep score accurately, server sat next party right next to us even though there were a lot of open bays

  Pricy but for a fun family outing it's worth it! 8 people for food, 2.5 hours of golfing and drinks $500 dollars. The food was typical bar food but the nachos were great! Drinks were nothing fantastic but got the job done. The atmosphere is to be expected but we had a blast!

  We came to Topgolf Hillsboro to celebrate my husband’s birthday with a group of 10 people, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing, especially for the price we paid. Our assigned server, Mambo, only came by our bay about two times during our entire 2-hour session. Throughout most of the night, drinks were left completely empty and no one checked in on us. Food took over an hour to come out, even though we intentionally arrived an hour early specifically to eat before our reservation time. Because of the delay, we were forced to take our food out with us during gameplay, which completely defeated the purpose of arriving early and disrupted the experience. At one point, Mambo disappeared for what seemed like a break, and we were told another server—a short blonde white woman—would be covering us “for 30 minutes.” During that time, we ordered pitchers of beer, which never arrived until Mambo finally returned later. On top of that, this temporary server asked visibly drunk members of our party for cash tips, which was incredibly inappropriate and uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, we had clearly asked for the bill to be split. Instead, we were handed one large combined bill with no explanation or assistance. Multiple servers saw that we were confused and struggling to figure it out, yet no one stayed to help us—we were essentially left on our own. For a bill totaling around $400, we expected far better service, attention, and professionalism. To add to the frustration, the bathroom lines were insane, which only added to an already chaotic and poorly managed evening. This was supposed to be a fun birthday celebration, but the lack of service, long waits, inappropriate behavior, and total absence of support during checkout made it a very disappointing experience.

  The food and our server was great! No questions there. The "facilities leader" as he called himself Josh was the break for our party. He kept coming back up to our table and asking us questions about our time here, it was weird. We weren't really able to enjoy our time because of how often he was coming up to our table and starting conversations with us. We did not want to keep talking to him but he wouldn't take the hint. Everything else was great.
