This location has gone downhill in the last 6 months or so. We frequent this location at least once a month. My girlfriend usually picks up the order I place online when she is on her way home from work. This last time I ordered a BLT with 50% extra bacon and a BMT with double protein. When she got home, the bacon was on the side and the BMT was a BLT. I contacted them via the Subway app and received a message the next day that they would speak to the crew. No apology and no offer to refund the extra $5 paid (a BMT is $2 more than a BLT + $3 for double protein). I responded asking for a $5 refund and I am apparently being ghosted.
Also, the last time my girlfriend picked an order up, the manager was yelling at one of the workers in front of a lobby full of customers. A manager shouldn’t be treating an employee in that manner.

Had one of the best experiences ever here. Angie and Lisa are truly professionals. I felt welcomed and the sandwich I got was top tier. Couldn't have been any better. ✨️👌🏾🥪 My go-to spot from now on.

As a doordash delivery driver I go to every Subway in the metropolitan area, Multnomah and Washington County . ...
This Subway carries the veggie patty and their vegetables are clean and fresh cut every time. Their cookies are so delicious and baked fresh everyday unlike Panera Bread ..
I recommend the subway do anybody that is a vegetarian and likes quality fresh food.

Branch on Avenue 185 a total garbage of attention, I would like to start with the food what was ordered was simple a Subway of Steak and another my chicken handcuffs without spinach from 4:30 pm the order said that at 5:5 pm I would be there, I understand that it could take more minutes I arrived 5:25 pm and they were not ready. The only employee was alone I arrived I asked her about the food ordered and she said it was not ready I formed kindly on Line and after waiting another 15 minutes I got home and they gave me subway to the taste of the employee everything bad, the bread was not the right vegetables or the meat everything totally garbage, I wanted to give the complaint in person to the employee, but I understand that under pressure of having many people on the line the employee did what she could as fast as possible, the point is to say that Subway Ave 185 in Hillsboro has Terrible attention, and no matter how many reviews I left, people don't do anything at all, they are not interested in customers at all. I want to clarify that employees are not always to blame but the terrible administration of Subway. Good luck to the new customers.

Walked in at 3:15 for two footlongs and your worker acted mad I interrupted her face time- refused to hang up, put her dirty phone on the sandwich bar too so gross didn't even wash her hands and kept FaceTiming in front me so lame I walked out she also said she was the manager - maybe a manager shouldn't put a dirty phone where everyone's sandwich goes. Sad the subway prioritizes their face time call with a bf over a customer .
