Arrived and staff said they never got the order—despite the app confirming it and my bank showing the charge. They casually admitted this is a known glitch: customers get charged, store system shows nothing, and “there’s nothing we can do.” No food, no manager, no apology. Contacted Subway support with proof of payment. They closed my ticket without a single word, ignored the evidence, and never refunded me. This location (and corporate) took my money for food I never received.

What I got was a wrap of lettuce, onions, green peppers, and little meat. No chipolte sauce or any of the rest granted I ordered no Jalapeno's or Guac but all the same who goes to a restaurant to order shredded lettuce? Got the run around when I called back to complain as well. Wont be back!!!
