I have been a fan and customer of Qdoba for years. I was excited to see a new location open up. However, I feel like it is not the same as other locations. The portions are at least 25% less than every other locations I go. There are some temperature quality control issues, such as the meat, beans, and rice are not warm enough to even melt my shredded cheese and the chips don't always taste fresh, and the queso sometimes has burned spots in it. My last order, I didn't even get 1/3 of a bag of chips and my salad was all soggy because they didn't strain the beans first. I tried to call back to talk to someone, but it was pointless. There is a huge communication barrier. I have no problems with Spanish speaking people working anywhere, especially in Mexican food based restaurants. I understand it helps with Spanish speaking customers as well as they should be allowed to work too. However, there needs to at least always be someone working that can understand the customer's requests, orders, answer questions, and help when there are concerns. I feel like if I complain and ask for an English speaking associate, it comes across as rude, disrespectful, and/or racist. However, I feel like good communication is essential in both food and customer service. If I have to point at everything and then try to adjust and correct misunderstandings, it is inefficient. I really liked the food and staff when they first opened, but feel like my last few visits have been a HUGE disappointment. I will just start going back to the locations that I haven't had issues with before.

Very consistent food and affordable relative to the current economic market. Taco Bell would cost you exactly this much if you got exactly what you wanted there.

Tonight November 7th around 6:30pm we came inside to be greeted by a darker descent, curly headed man. We believe he might’ve been the manager. He was nice for all of about 20 seconds… then began to correct us in Spanish every time we tried to order. I have no idea what kind of power trip he was on… We did nothing rude to him only for him to be so rude that we had to literally leave. I feel racially profiled and targeted. He was smirking at us with disrespect as we failed to speak in his native Spanish language. I’m considering consulting a lawyer. You should have a really good talk with this guy, before you fire him.

I was SO excited for this Qdoba to open up… but after about two months, It started going downhill. The manager flirts with customers, the workers don’t speak any English and it’s overall been made a difficult environment. If my experiences begin to change, then I will edit my review.
