Just a heads up....if you are allergic to peanuts, don't go there. They have bins of roasted, salted peanuts to eat as an appetizer and cook their fries in peanut oil. I personally love that.

I came here in the evening to place an order. I waited and standed at the front counter for 30 minutes, and not a single staff member came to take my order. They seemed to only focus on online orders. This was really disappointing.

The promo is a joke. Downloaded the app and it’s not working “ because too many people are trying” but they won’t honor it in store. What a waste of time👎👎👎 update** finally got through to the check out and guess what??! The promo is now invalid. On the right day and after jumping through all the hoops🤡

This being my first ever visit to a Five Guys, I feel compelled to tell the truth... It was significantly better than I anticipated.
The staff was way nicer than I expected. The person taking orders was well kept, well spoken, and very helpful. The manager willingly, and eagerly helped move and clean tables for me and my larger than normal party. The guy sweeping the floors might have been the best of all; he kept a calm and very friendly deminor while cleaning around a group of teenagers actively throwing thing on the floor, trying to get a rise of of him. Very impressive, given the circumstances.
Anyway, the fries were very good. Soft, slightly crisp, and salty. The bacon cheese burger was also good, but it wasn't $12 good.
I hope the team working in this establishment feel valued, because they made my first experience. And while I probably won't be back to this location ever again, I will probably stop at another location one day while traveling.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.
You can read more about the story of Five Guys at www.FiveGuys.com!
How many restaurants does Five Guys have?
As of January 2026, we have more than 1,900 locations in over 24 countries!
Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Additionally, we work with all major third-party delivery companies in the U.S., including DoorDash and Uber, so feel free to search for Five Guys through their platforms!
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
