I asked for ketchup on my burger and was told that I could put it on myself at the condiments station which I didn’t mind until I saw that there was no ketchup there and when I let them know they told me they would restock it. I was there for about 30 minutes waiting for my order and it never got restocked. When I let the lady know that my order was missing some stuff she rolled her eyes and nodded her head while she walked away to get my missing items. Horrible service and food

They said it would be 5-10mins. After 30 mins they said they didn’t have my order at all and it never came through even though they said they saw it when I got there. Got told it would be another 5-10mins to start it now. I love five guys but I honestly won’t come back to this location if I come back to any. Waiting over 45mins for an order that should have been done already is not good business. Telling the customer it’s being worked on when it’s not is not ok. An online system that doesn’t properly work is not ok. It’s 2026. Get it together.
