- DTDominique Taylor5 days ago4.06am before work Tuesday morning. Ordered two large rebuls and a small. The large was correct the small was correct. But one large was somehow swapped into a small... After we had paid for two large sizes. We would have been late for work asking for the correct size as the lady just seemed too tired not going very fast and even spilling the drink handing it to the driver. I am not one to have a conversation that early in the morning either but I still always choose Dutch Bros over any other coffee options unless I'm getting food as well, then I'll go one specific place.

It's definitely on the busier side and not the place to go to in a rush, but it's compensated by having 2 lines, staff that will go outside to get things going, upbeat music, and lovely staff! Also, I've literally never seen this location have less than 4 visible people, and it does not have small cups for when you want a large like is an issue at other coffee shops I've went to! The only bad thing I have to say is I did go away once instead of getting a drink because it was just that busy, but that was 1 time and is understandable anyways. Line tends to move at a reasonable pace anyways, just gets a lot of attention.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
