- VVviatue6 days ago1.0literally go to any other dutch bros, this one sucks. bunch of 20 year olds that make more than I do to stand there and redo high-school by gossiping and doing literally Nothing else. waste of time. saw them having a meeting in the middle of the restaurant with multiple employees drinking dutch despite multiple people waiting. pretty odd situation here.

She was lying down on the couch and I was trying to pick up my order for like curbside and they yell I need to go to the driver school. I went to the drive-through that we were like because the first car like they were just keep it like talking to that car and we were waiting. I didn’t leave till like 910 and the first time I get all the sweet dreams I took like more than 10 minutes like 15 minutes because they were chatting and making the drinks and the second card they were like like after the shop I feel like I love them that’s like terrible service

The attendant beelined for that car to take their order. I confronted them, to which the attendant sent me behind that car saying “thats where the line”. Lost 25 mins in total for a cup of coffee. I like Dutch bros, but never going back to this particular location.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
