  The portions have shrunk so much. My burrito was half size. Our burrito bowls were incorrect . They didn't add the protein to either I will NEVER buy from Chipotle again.

  Never order delivery from this location. We've being going to this location for about a year now, and the portions have almost always been totally fine. FWIW, when ordering from inside, staff is always friendly and typically gives decent portions (only have had to ask for more rice a couple times with some staff that have been visibly careful/timid). Its always clean and typically we don't have to wait. Delivery, however, has been OVERWHELMINGLY awful and a complete ripoff. Bowls get maybe half a cup of rice, a few pieces of meat, a few shreds of lettuce, and, if you're lucky, a couple tablespoons of beans without the water (but usually they're soaked). It's honestly really frustrating because this is almost exclusive to delivery and is only something we do for lunch (we always go in for dinner) So I don't know if this is just an issue of crappy day-shift people vs the evening/dinner shift staff, but I'd urge the manager/owner to address this. Delivery and lunch vs dinner doesn't mean you can skimp out on portion sizes. The price is far too much to be doing this. At this point we're seriously considering just spending the extra few bucks and ordering from the nearby food trucks instead.

  The portions are ridiculously small. I ordered a burrito. When the server scoops rice, beans, meat etc… she would shake off the food until there are very little food left on each scoop. I asked the server to give me more, which she did. But when I got home, I realized that she had charged me extra. Don’t go to this location, other locations are not cheap with their portions.

  The service is fast and friendly. The limited time Chicken al Pastor is excellent. There are vegetarian choices on the menu. There is outdoor seating. Parking is limited. Some parking is reserved for online order pickup. There is a drive-up window. It's hard to hear the indoor cashier with the loud music and background noise. Access is only available from westbound TV Hwy or northbound Cornelius Pass Rd.

  when I tell you I will never come back to this location. This is my first time coming here and the fact that I placed an online order 10-15 minutes before coming to the drive thru to pick it up. 2 cars infront of me got there food no problem but as soon as it was my turn. Waited 20 minutes not even exaggerating. Workers looking over at me and everything. Didn’t honk try and get there attention or anything just simply waited. It got to a point were they were clearly just ignoring me. Let me give them the benefit of the doubt(maybe the drive thru suddenly closed, if so there should be a sign) my partner decided to go around the front to only find out that our food was LITERALLY SITTING THERE BY THE DRIVE THRU. Actually crazy. Nobody in the restaurant MIND YOU. This was around 10pm last night. The place closes at 11pm? Literally no reason they couldn’t just open that window and ask idk “what’s the name for your order” “ we’re closing the drive thru, come to the front” SOMETHING! Literally ridiculous! I don’t recommend coming here at ALL. I hope the store manager actually sees this and talks to the employees, because why is this a new location and it already got 2 stars! Whew
