  Worst in years. Hard to find onions on burger and meat was grizzly. Not worth the price. Probably last visit here.

  Drive thru is sometimes busy but it moves pretty quickly. When dining in the parlor is clean and well stocked.

  Another drive through order wrong… honestly don’t know why we went back. Tonight I finally called and the manager told me to check all the sandwiches before I leave because they have “a bunch of teenagers working there and so mistakes will be made”… she made no attempt to correct their error but instead insinuated that it was my job as the consumer to check all the sandwiches - while sitting in the drive through line- in order to train her team when things go wrong. $60 for 3 meals and I have to check their work and train their team. We won’t go back.

  For the double beef cheeseburger 17$ meal it was the worst burger i've ever purchased. the bread was very stale the patty was chard, stale and dry! barely any of the mayo and house sauce!!! the seasonal truffle waffle fries tasted like old dirty oil!!!! Even the peach tea tasted like flavored well water! also was told to park to wait for my order and i received 30minutes later on drive thru!!!! i don't like to leave reviews but i was so upset i threw out all of the meal and went to carl's jr instead. for 5$ i got a burger double the size and fresh! pls this isn't up the hype! don't waste your money!

  First of all you need to stop making the milkshakes prior to pick up for doordash because it's already liquidy by the time I pick it up and then when I deliver it the customers always disappointed. Second of all your cheeseburgers aren't as good as they used to be ...the new buns are not good and I'm disappointed with the prices absolutely shameful that you're charging $4 to $5 for a cheeseburger.. Burgerville used to be my favorite cheeseburger until you guys changed. When I was a little girl I could get a cheeseburger, fries and a milkshake for a dollar. And that wasn't very long ago. Y'all need to stop gouging people's wallets and changing recipes that were already perfect. Now getting back to the milkshake wait until we get there to pick up the order before you make the milkshake!!
