  This place sucks Understaffed, with open tables and making people wait 30 minutes. I see three open boothes and six open tables but they're not sitting anybody. Why does anybody want to buy birds to eat anyway. It's foul

  One tier with the fam at for movie The server Sergio told us we had a wait 15 to 20 minutes for a new server to come on. Because they had one server and they were just sat 4 tables. Automatically tried to sit us in the bar. A manager came out as to us.How many we had and immediately sat us right away. After we got our food in, he never came back to check on us. And then when our food did finally come out, the food was very good and the service continued to go downhill from there.He never checked almost never ah, ah, asked if we need a refill for anything I actually had to pour my water into my mom's glass.So that she was able to have more and that got his attention where he finally came back and gave us refill It's one of the worst service experience I've ever had. I come from being a server. So I understand the frustration that it can be. I've never not tipped a server period but he wasn't even worth 2 cent.

  Recomiendo altamente que revisen en el restaurante la comida que pidan para llevar, la dan falla y con mala presentacion. y despues simplemente pierdes tu dinero. En mi orden me faltaron 10 pollos boneless de 20 que pedí y a la hamburguesa no le colocaron el servicio de papas fritas. I highly recommend checking your takeout order at the restaurant beforehand. It's often faulty and poorly presented, and you simply lose your money. In my order, 10 boneless chicken pieces were missing out of the 20 I ordered, and the burger didn't come with fries.

  Was told we would be able to watch the Packers game tonight at this "sports bar", but they just couldn't figure out their TVs. Jakab was great though.

  Horrible horrible customer service!!Some staff at this location needs to go. We were excited about watching a game and decided to walk in here. We were greeted well but seated at a table in one corner not pointing to any TVs..I asked for a table change after a little back and forth we were pointed to another table..As I pulled the chair I saw visible food, sauce on the seat. I asked a passing waitress if she could clean the chair...Her exact words here "Here there is a wet mop right behind you" She puts the mop on the table and walks away. I wait for a good 5 mins as she walks by me multiple times..I couldn't sit and remained standing. At this point I felt total lack of customer service so we walked out. We ain't going back at this location until the staff learns to behave respectfully towards customers.
