Sat down at a free table, made eye contact with workers with a wave hello. Never once were we waited on. Sat for over 10 minutes as we watched all the workers huddled at a work station leaving the entire bar alone. Got up and left and past multiple employees who just watched us leave.

The restaurant could not have been a 10th filled but the host said he had to rotate where he seated people, so as not to overwhelm the limited wait staff they had in place. This is outrageous for a chain location like this, so we just left. We were only a party of 2, so there must have been a better option than just letting us leave. We tried calling moments later to speak with the manager, and after 45 rings no one ever picked up. Obviously, they are not very customer focused.
