Generally, the people who work at both of these stores are quite nice. But that’s not enough to make me go back.

I paked in one and an employee Nancy B. ran up a knocked hard on my passenger window. I attempted to explain my difficulty walking a distance, and she told me to get a handicap permit. I am not handicap but I am old. I tried to explain that it's crazy to have this many reserved pick-up spaces that are never fully used but while I tried to talk she started acting like a child, plugging her ears, laughing and saying "ba-humbug " Come on. Why treat customers this way? I took a picture, I know it didn't come out clear but see all the empty pick up spaces?

I have never been treated the way that I was treated today at the checkout, I was being helped out by a woman named Maddie, who had a bad attitude from the time I walked up until the time I left she would scan items and just throw items into the bag without any care in the world what she was smashing or if she was ruining any of the food. I smiled and made an adjustment to one of the bags she had just finished where I felt things were definitely getting smashed. This irritated her and apparently upset her greatly. She was rollung her eyes, piercing her lips and refused to interact in a corjil way she just continued with a bad attitude.When I asked her if I upset her in any way she snapped at me and said NO DID I UPSET You! I smiled with confusion which apparently upset her more causing the continuation of slamming things into my bags. I left it at that, paid for my groceries and walked out, but I cannot believe the way that this woman who works in customer service treated her customer, very sad. All other checkers have and other associates have always been great but this was something else. She needs to do better.
