  Ordered in advance and when we showed up there was 3 cars ahead of us, we waited and waited and waited and waited even more, 40 minutes later we arrived at the windows just to recieve cold food, like pull the food out of the fridge cold and the cinnamon twist has absolutely no coating to them, my husband turned around went inside and said it was like watching a ton of people who were lost run the place, when he told the lady about how cold the food was she sighed brought back warm food and literally threw it into the bag he brought in!!! By the time we left the cars were wrapped all the way to the road!!! Absolutely disgusting

  1.25 hours in the drive thru. The lady did tell me once I made the speaker they were short staffed and had large orders, but by then, there is no turning back. Food was cold. Parts of the order missing. Some not edible. Stuff just thrown in the bag.

  I ordered dinner. What I received was a tortilla-based scavenger hunt. The taco contained exactly 11 molecules of beef. I counted. The cheese was applied like cologne — a light mist from several feet away. The lettuce looked like it lost a fight with a lawnmower and only two survivors made it in. The burrito was so light I briefly checked the bag to make sure they hadn’t forgotten it. Nope. It was there — just aggressively hollow. Every bite felt like I was chasing a rumor of ingredients. If you’ve ever wondered what “economy mode” tastes like, this is your spot. Five stars for wrapping skills. One star for the daring decision to keep the fillings theoretical. 🌯

  their nacho fries are so good like amazing.. i went to get myself some nacho fries of course and when i got the fries they were literally cold. like they had them in the fryer for like 5 seconds and called it good. also under seasoned. went again and they didn’t have any nacho fries. i’m so sad i just want my fries. but there’s this one lady that works there she’s really nice she gave me 2 cinnamon twist because they forgot my first ones. they should probably hire more people or something because im always having to wait for like forever

  rude!!!!!!! me and my friends were ordering but they were out of 75% of everything that we were ordering. so we were joking around and loudly fake crying to eachother about it, and the woman on the head LAUGHED so we thought all was good. then she told us that they were out of baja blast so we did it again and was met with the same response.. then out of nowhere another woman came on and yelled at us to stop, so we stopped, but it freaked us out. like telling us to stop is one thing but the hostility to an innocent seemingly reciprocated joke was sooo unnecessary. So we said nevermind to the order after we only ordered half and we just drove out, hadn’t paid for it yet or anything. when we were waiting for an open space on the road to exit the parking lot, that same woman came out of the store and knocked on our window and started yelling at us and threatened to ban us. she then screamed at us to “get out”… as if she wasn’t the only thing that was stopping us from leaving. like hello! we would already be on the road if you didn’t knock on our window!!!! rude people working at this establishment!
