- COCarole OJun 21, 20251.0I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long on Thursday, ate part of it, and started feeling sick, by the time I left work around 8pm, I was belching horribly. Was sick on the toilet all night and through the entire next day. Never been so sick. So I called subway to tell them there was something wrong with the sandwich so they could pull it before someone else got sick. The guy that answered the phone kept talking to someone in the background, I said I wasn't looking for a refund, just didn't want anyone else to get sick. All he could say was "that sucks" and hung up on me. I was furious. I have posted it on Facebook so everyone can see how bad your customer service was. Also I can't believe you would serve that nasty brown looking lettuce, I went for the spinach. I will never eat there again. And have had many comments on my page say the same. It's disgusting that when I told him how sick I was from it was all he could say was "that sucks" and hung up on me. It's been 2 days and I'm just beginning to feel better. This is not how a business is run.
