  Went here yesterday with a friend and got charged about $16, but the employee told us the payment didn’t go through. The money was already taken out of both of our bank accounts, so we were told to come back the next day if it still showed. I came back the next day to calmly ask about it, and instead of helping, the employee immediately got confrontational, called me a liar, and handled the situation extremely unprofessionally. He even pulled money out of his own wallet to give me and then said he would never serve me again. I ended up giving the money back because the whole situation was uncomfortable and honestly ridiculous. I was just trying to resolve an issue THEY told me to follow up on. Really disappointing experience. No customer should be treated like that.

  Sat there for almost 40 mins to get my food incorrect and my tacos completely smashed. Thanks!!!! Yay!!!!

  They keep subbing out the chips with cinnamon twists. This is the 3rd time they’ve done this. This time they still sent the cheese sauce but cinnamon twists instead. I’ve had hair in my 5 layer, they keep missing items on orders, and WHY do you KEEP PUTTING IN CINNAMON TWISTS?

  Came here late at night after a long urgent care visit at the nearby Kaiser. My order was correct, but my nacho cheese sauce was not even half full. Had to go back through the drive-thru to get another. Was stuck in line behind multiple cars and a minivan with a $60 order. I was polite and when I got to the window, I showed them the tiny amount of sauce I’d received so they wouldn’t think I was being overly picky. No apology was offered. In similar circumstances at other stores, they’d at least apologize for the issue and for the long wait in line to get a replacement, and possibly throw in some free cinnamon twists or something for the inconvenience. Customer service at this location needs improvement. Check your sauces before you leave the window.
